英語で「～と言わざるを得ない」の言い方

結論から言うと、「～と言わざるを得ない」は主に次の3つが使われます。

「I have to say that」は「I have to say（言わなければならない）」に that節が続いた形です。

直訳だと「that節以下のことだと言わなければならない」になります。

意味と使い方は日本語と同じです。

また、「I must say that」も意味的にはほぼ同じなので、言い換えることができます。

ただし、「I must say」の方が個人の感情が乗っているニュアンスを持ちます。
